Well first donation went great, but when my yearly physical cane around, I was accused of lying about my tattooo that the doc saw the first time and he failed to write down the colors, and my nose peircing he said was new but when I first saw him I did mention it only the peircing was not in my nose I assured him I've had it since 2009!! So he basically deferred me! I would like to take this up with the owner because I've been mistaken, and it's the doctor fault for not noting.. That was my fav place to donate and have not found any other better place to go!! I'm very upset and have told all my friends not to go there!!

First time donating they had made a mistake, the staff apologized for the inconvenience and were very kind. The next time in had the same staff and knew me right away and were very helpful. all in all not a bad experiance:) Also if you set appt in book things seem to run alot smoother....

Just called to make an appointment and got a voice message giving incorrect hours and that walk ins are taken. Went there yesterday (Monday) and they were closed with a sign up for new times and are only being taken by appointments with no phone number posted. Looked up on internet and talked with a Naiome who said they were in transition and employees are being trained for the next 2 - 3 weeks. Asked if I could schedule an appointment being as I had never been there was told they would call me in 2 - 3 weeks. Ask for the phone numbers of other centers when she said there were other centers in the area I live in, but she could not give me the names of the centers, addresses or phone numbers. Thought she was very rude.

I went twice and the line is always too long. I was there from open to close and never got to donate. Worst place I have ever been to donate...seriously a waiting time of 6 hours? Then when things finally get rolling it was too close to closing time...absolutely ridiculous. Not worth the time at all.

I have donated twice. I tried a third time, but the line is too long _ the hours were posted incorrectly. Very pleasant people, but little efficiency _ do not seem concerned about wait times. Hours posted on the door _ hours on phone recording inconsistant. I shared this information with them, but to no avail.

Went in for physical and they said it could be 4 - 6 hours. There was a line of people and it seems that they weren't in any hurry to get people moving.
