I read some of the comments and I beg to differ... The staff is very polite and the place is not that bad at all... I have been going there for a few months now and when I called they told me the prices and they told me the best times to come and also about how long it takes from the 1st time donating to the normal wait time... No one has ever bothered or tried to rob me there... I would rate them above agerage...

First of all I got down there after they told me on the phone that I didnt have to make a reservation, and was told that they had their max number of donors and that I would have to make a reservation to get a spot. Not to mention the fact that the entire lobby was filled wall to wall with drug addicts and the front door was surrounded by drug dealers. So unless you're a fiend looking for a quick fix I wouldnt take the risk of being a cover story on the morning paper.

i called on a sat and asked about comming in on monday as a new donar. i was told what the payments were. i showed up on monday to find out they were closed on sundays and mondays. so i went back on tuesday waited in line with the new donars only to be told they had already gotten the max number of new donars for the day and i would have to come back a thrid day. i was not told they were not open on the phone and was also not told they have a max of new donars a day. these people are set up in the getto your car may or may not be there when u get out. unless there is no other option for you do not use these people....sam felts
