This is - lower and dirty hole, everything is dirty and not safe for donors and for workers in this center. There are two weeks of repairs and construction work while the center also works. Employees working in the center of the cold and dirt.Workers in this center there is nowhere to change. Further work is not paid.Benefit workers and cleaners but do not pay them for cleaning. Throw and collect trash and sweeping, cleaning doors and dust and dirt.Keep them after they have been working over time and if you do not discover they are fired if you do not clean them fired.

I walked in the door and wasn't greeted or anything, just told to sign in. I signed in as a new donor and took a seat. Apparently no one checks this sheet because I waited or an hour before they gave me paperwork to fill out. By this time, I had to use the restroom and they required a driver's license and I had to sign a form in order to use the restroom. Next I waited some more, finally was taken back and given the \_tour\_ of the place and had my iron and protein checked. I was then sent back out to the waiting room. I had been there for 2 hours by this time so I asked how much longer I would be since my husband was going to pick me up. They told me at least 2 more hours. I wanted to let my husband know that I would still be another 2 hours and I had to be escorted out to do so. What did they think I was going to do out there? I was finally called back to see the nurse when they found out that I had a kidney stone 11 years ago, they told me I couldn't donate! That was fine however why not ask these health screening questions right away and put them in the literature????? I wasted 3 hours and felt like I was in prison while there. I guess when the #1 rule is that you have to have good hygiene, I should have known the type of people I was going to see there. Before people make rude comments, I am employed however my husband's hours were cut back so I was thinking this would be a good way to help with the back to school shopping. I wish I would have saved my time and gas to get there for nothing. The staff were very nice I will say except for 1 lady who was rude but there's always one of those in the bunch. I just wish they had been better about having more info on who can and can't donate.

Be prepared to wait an hour or more in the front lobby before getting on the floor.
