I have had some ok experiences there. But when we sit for ever and finally get back to a chair, the time spent was not really worth the pay. Other centers pay higher amounts than here. I love helping others in need. I am a full time student in the medical field. Donating is one way I am able to help the community and a little extra cash to help out with gas in my vehicle. With the economy being the way it is and gas prices keep soaring, I don't think donating is going to be on my priority list. If other donation centers can pay more, they should do the same here.

Awful language especially by upper management. I had a bad experience when i went in to donated. Jason was rude to donors and employees. His language is very unprofessional and no employee should have to work under that type of environment. The rest of the staff is great

I have been in the lobby for over an hour now. I think there should be some type of compensation for this extended wait. This is not the first time this has happend in fact it is becoming more common, someone needs to take responsability and fix the problem.

i enjoy the process of donating blood/plasma. I feel im making a great deal of helping others and make money while doing it. The staff is great to speak to and especially enjoy James_ personality and eagerness to help me and others and seems very knowledgable. I will continue to donate based on a expereince that i had.
