As far as a donor is concerned, I have been donating for 46 years. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The staff has never been disrespectful of their fellow employees or management. I also want to complement all of the ladies, they show their dedication and compassion by being personal and attentive to the donors. They have earned my respect and I would not even consider donating anywhere else.

most staff is great, but am appauled by some of the laziness of other staff and supervision. Have to commend the staff that still keep their head up despite being degraded by those in a position of authority.
