I am a regular donor (every 60 days like clockwork) but my experience at this location was so off-putting and shaking that I'm reconsidering. I came for my regular appointment and only found out as they were prepping my arm that they had unilaterally decided to change what I was donating from whole to double red. I wasn't sure what that meant and they were very taciturn and reluctant to explain. I said I didn't want to do that and they got very confrontation and pissy with me. They were really offensive. I walked out before donating for the first time in my life! My advice is not to go here unless you enjoy getting stuck with needles by people who aren't clear what you are there for and don't care anyway.

I was promised two tickets to CITIFIELD for donating platelets. I NEVER got the tickets, not even after I phoned inquiring about them. It's been approximately a year and I never got the tickets promised for my platelets donation. Hmmmm.
