I like this blood bank on racetrack rd but for real Maria has to be swaped. The phlebotomist who was working on me was doing a fine job, Maria made comments to her which made the phlebotomist look bad and possibly make the client question (insecure feelings) the phlebotomist. I don't think that's how an office manager should be, I think office managers should encourage and lift up their staff...ecspecailly in this field of business when a needle is in one's arm and the transfer of blood is taking place via vains and needles.
