I've been going for almost a year and never had any problems. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only down side is that you dont get payed you get gift cards, and there only $10 dollars.

we scheduled an appointment for 01/08/11 at 10:15am. we arrived early only to be told they could not honor our time as they short of help. there were 8 people waiting and i saw only 1 employee working and no blood being drawn. this is the second time i made an appointment only to be turned away due to help shortage. if i can take time to give you my blood i don't understand why you can not provide the necessary time and employees to get the job done in a timely manner. please do not call us again for blood donations.
