There process is to slow. Some of there employee play at the front desk. walking around not doing nothing. Hell.. If they don't want to do the work, I will. Then I would not have to donate.. Once you sign in, you sit there for 1hr or more. I had called ahead to see if I could donate that day, and they tell you yes, but when you get there, they will tell you no. I need to see the doctor, but can't because the Doctor Ms Julie is working the front desk, and not the Doctor office. Then was told if, and when I come back, try to come early. But I got there at 4:30pm. as I said before I sat there for an hour or more. but they don't close until 6pm. Why didn't I see the doctor. because they have some lazy ass Doctor that don't want to her job... I stay 30 min away. THAT WAS NOT COOL AT ALL..

Poorly run company, employees marginally trained, screeners miss important steps in screening process, alas, the only thing Plasma Care is interested in is making thousands of your donation in whi ch you get twenty five dollars!!!!!!!!!
