They are all nice for the most part but they are very unprofessional. Know that whatever time you signed up for you won't be getting called till at least 30 minutes later. I understand its busy an they are over worked but the professionalism here is quite low. Half the time I think it's not worth it.

The staff make you feel uncomfortable like they're discussing your business. They are so unorganized and unprofessional but it is a way for people to get a few extra dollars.

First time plasma \_donater\_. I was extremely curious about the process of plasma donation. I found today, there are many positives...yet several negatives. There is a diverse population of individuals that donate plasma. The first day was a long one. The staff was very friendly, and informative. The individuals who atcually \_stick\_ you with the needle are over worked and under educated. Nice personalities only go so far when your own personal health is concerned. I personally witnessed the individual who takes your blood, connects you to the \_plasma machine\_, and transfers your plasma to the \_plasma fairy\_, then disconnects your from the machine not change her gloves at all in over 40 minutes. She had contact with over four different peoples blood, and never once changed gloves....that is unsafe, and very scary. Is your life worth $50 a week? Hardly.

One of the techs is rude, she has no people skills, and she discusses peoples_chart information out loud so others can hear(which is a Hippa rule)Patients privacy. If you question her, she threatens to defer you. This is not rude, this is the truth.

The front staff is very rude, but those in the back that take your plasma are for the most part are friendly. The process itself is not bad, easy to make a few dollars. But the people that go there make you uncomfortable.
