You need a rating scale higher than mearly Superior. I have been donating blood for a bit over 40 years through various services in various locations (call it pay-backs!). The experience at United Blood Service in Ventura is, without question, the absolute best. The staff, the facility, even the snacks! are the best I have experienced. I was there today - the friendly professionalism that I experienced was exceptional - within a clean, airy, bright, friendly environment. Thank you folks for what you do - and for making it so easy for me to do the little that I can do.
