i am displeased with your service i have ordered several items from you from november 11th of 2011 and its now january 28th of 2012 and have not recevied nothing from you at all but the only thing i did get was the tickets that was ordered online by printing them off and im still waiting on 5 shirts from you

My husband was giving blood today and wanted me to be by him because he was nervous and started to feel bad. When I attempted to stand by him I was told rudely in front of several others that I was not allowed near him and to go sit down. If this is the way donors are to be treated we won't be back.

They have went above and beyond in helping with my sister who has APL We are organizing a drive for her at this time. They couldn't be more helpful. I'm a Donor for life now, because they took the time to explain everything to me. I know now the problem with most people not giving is lack of info on what they do and what your donation can do. THANKS for all that you do!!! Especially Roger, Shay, Jennifer, Debbie, these are the ones i've had direct contact with. Jeff Smith
