Hello, last 11 of november made a blood donation (almost in an obligatory way from you), and any of your personal give me some info, paper or a document that explain me how would I check my results. The bus, was established at the shopping center SUNSET PLACE. Could you help me telling me how can I get my results please? And one observation: I think that your personal can ask in a politely way to make a donation, not forcing the people to do it. Thank you, I'll be waiting for your kindly and prompt answer.

What is wrong with this people? There was a school bus painted with American flags and what not and suddenly a squad of 3 ladies started harassing me to donate blood. I said I did not wanted to donate at the time and they kept asking \_Why?\_, in Spanish of course, they got mad because I did not wanted to donate and started telling me how I could save lives. Damn what a nice way to ruin 15 min of your day.

The staff was excellent and eased my nerves because I HATE needles but they made my experience a great one. I will donate again in the future. Thanks

I had never donated before so I cannot compare experiences. I can tell you that the staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The donation went by quickly and didn't hurt. They made my first donation an excellent one

I was impressed by United States Blood Banks cordial, yet professional employees. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will gladly give blood to this organization again!!

My husband for the first time donated blood I have always gone to the Red Cross and now we can't get results from this company. They are very aggressive when they approached you, they don't speak English and the bus didn't look sanitized, maybe because it was too old.

Is this for real a blood bank? They don't speak english, they don't tell you the procedures or what to expect after donating, they DONT WEAR gloves and when you are done they just kick you out the bed! Nice!

I've seen these people standing in front of Walgreen next to FIU South around 10:40pm at night after class when I visit Walgreen. I often wondered who they were since they never spoke to me..they only spoke to people in Spanish. So, I disregarded. I go to this walgreens at least twice a week. So 2/22/2011 at 10:40pm and I heard them speak in English for the first time, however, they still did not approach me. So, either my blood is not good enough or they are not comfortable with people of color.

They came to my job asking to help a 4 year old with cancer. I gave blood and the experience was ok, however, I can't get in touch with anyone who will give me the results.

Do not donate blood to this organization in Miami. With the big white bus . Find a blood bank for information online about a company that is reputable and then donate to them. I will never donate to them again.

This was my first time donating and it wasnt that bad. I tried to call the number for my blood results and i couldnt reach anyone so i am kinda mad but i will see if they call back. More people need to give blood because it helps the people who need it, and try to remember it all goes to the same place.

Worst experience giving blood ever. This woman accosted me in a Publix parking lot with lies. I hadn't given blood in a few months so I obliged her. I go inside this decrepit bus that looks completely unsanitary, and others waiting are equally skeptical (one even leaves). They keep spouting their lies about how it's only \_this much\_ blood, when I know the standard donation is 500ml and that it's for little babies with cancer. They refuse to answer questions about how much they profit from this, and they fill out your form for you! I've done research on them, the FDA has shut them down in the past for this. Finally they start to draw my blood, and use *alcohol* to sanitize my arm. What is this, 1953? Where's the sterile iodine swab? At this point they can see I'm visibly upset, and when I'm done they give me chips and a drink and haul ass out of the parking lot. I felt hoodwinked.

The employees of this company are so overly aggressive that it borders on harrassment, they do not look very clean or professional, and by all means need to learn english. As I walked into the grocery store I kept hearing Muchacha, Muchacha.. they approach the public like street venders.

Although they were polite and concerned for my well being because I gave blood a few years back and that expereince was bad and I had a nice conversation with them . I was given a card and told to call if they did not contact me in two weeks. What I do not understand is why they did not put the next time I could donate blood on the card. I was upset and threw away the card. Honestly, they need to be the ones to at least give me notice if I donated my blood and they are the ones who will make a profit from it. Other blood donation centers are more oganized in that way. If I see them again I will run the other way. Again I will say they were very nice and careful with me and the experience was good. I still would not donate again with them ever because of the administrative part of the donation and make sure they write down when the next donation would be and not tell me to call.
