American Red Cross located at 6.500 SF office building with central corridor and central restrooms, kitchen, conference room access that allows for executive suite setup or corporate offices. Well parked and exceeds city requirement of 4/1 ratio. Recognized location as it has been the headquarters for the Pomona Valley Red Cross for over 20 years. One block north of Holt just west of Garey Ave. South of the 10 Freeway from White Ave. or Garey Ave. east bound offramps. Half mile to Pomona Valley Medical Center.
