I have been making whole blood donations at this facility for 15 years. The staff is always cordial, professional and polite. Sure it can get busy (which is good) and it can take a little longer than expected, but one hour or less is all it should take for a whole blood donation. It also depends on how long you stay in their very nice canteen. The volunteer staff is also very cordial and glad to serve you. I highly recommend that you donate whole blood or platelets to help those in need and this facility is as good as any I have ever donated at and that is quite a few having donated nearly 20 gallons.
