  The process could be better ( computers and appointments), but they do a decent job with what they have. The staff is friendly and the phlebs are great for the most part (just stay away from the newer ones). Wait times are minimal, can't complain about getting paid to relax.

  Great center. I've been to a few other places, and this one is by far the best. First time took a while with the physical and paper work, but they told me to expect that. Ever since, it's been smooth sailing. Some days are busier than others. I sometimes call before hand to see how busy it is. The staff isn't always the most professional. The supervisor is a jerk to the employees in front of everyone at times, but I've never felt unwelcome. The workers are sometimes even more entertaining than whatever is on tv sometimes.

  Worst place ever, and the staff is unprofessional. It's learned behavior from management. I had to listen to the staff talk about how hung over they were, and who is sleeping with who. Who wants to get stuck with a needle by someone who is still intoxicated from the night before?!? I tried to complain to management about what was going on and they shrugged it off and actually didn't seem to care. I will never go back, and will only tell others to not go here as well.

  This was the worst plasma center I have run across in my many years of donating. During my one visit here, I witnessed someone getting sprayed with another donors blood, watched some poor girl pass out and convulse, and heard some of the most crass language you can imagine casually blurted between employees. This place is garbage. No literally, the floors where you donate are covered in trash.

  I have been to several plasma donation centers and this one is great. It is so clean and nice and the staff that helped me was very friendly. If you are wanting to donate plasma this is one of the better places to go.
