Donated 13 times in the past 2-1/2 years at the Red Cross St Paul MN Robert Street location. Their scheduling system is a farce. Today 6/29/12 found that I had 7 people ahead of me at my pre-scheduled appointment time. From my experiences this suggest that it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours before they called me from the Lobby, followed by the typical 45-60 minute blood letting process. Sorry but I expect better coordination on the part of the Red Cross for my efforts. Sad to say that I won’t be back; at least not to the Robert Street location.

Very clean facility, and very tactful employees that actually expressed their thankfulness for your donation. The volunteers were also exceptionally warm and welcoming. Although looking at the two locations the Minneapolis facility does look to be a newer and I'd have to assume a nicer facility judging by the outside. I would still go to the St. Paul location again even though it adds 20 min to my round trip but dealing with people that I know treated me well is worth the drive.

I've donated here several times. The staff is very friendly and caring. They explain everything. They give you a blanket and dvd player and make sure you are very comfortable. Clean enviornment, good snacks and friendly people throughout the whole process.
