Understaffed, overbooked, horribly long wait times, even with the new appointment system in place and if you know someone, you can get in without an appointment. Seems the policies are not equal for everyone. The staff is not well informed on the policies. You are told one thing and the next day it is different. I will never go back and would not recommend this location to anyone.
