This location is closed. The center has become a Biomat center (instead of a Biolife center) and has moved a few blocks down to 38 East 800 South (between State and Main Street). The have great introductory rates ($250 total for the first five donations) at the moment and don't pay based on your weight (which is great for me since I don't weigh over 175lbs). I called on the compensation plans and they have no variation between weights its 20 the first time in the week and 30 the second. Your first time is $40 and $30 for the second. Seems to be the best compensation from all the locations I called. :) happy donating

The phone number is the same one listed next to the Biomat USA, Inc. 38 E 800 South Salt Lake City, UT 84111 location on Biomat's (not Biolife's) website. I don't know which address is the old one and which is the new, so ask when you call.
