This place to be okay but things have gone progressively over the years. They pay via a prepaid card. Hidden fees everywhere. They claim its more convenient. Yeah for who. In my opinion there is nothing more convenient than CASH. They don't allow Cell phones. There is no T.V. The office staff are rude and will ignore you as long as they can. The only remedying feature is the floor staff.

The very worst place ever in the whole world to donate. They are rude as hell and lie to you. I drove 30 miles to this place after talking to the Manager on the phone clearing that everything is good and im ok to come in and when i get there SUCKER! ha they are lying scumbags and treat you with utmost disrespect. Go to Biomat or ZLB or some other company these guys are shams and fauds!

when I started they payed good. Since than they have decreased theoir pay out twice within the last 3 months. Guess Plasma is like petro and goes on supply and demand with these guys. I do haveto say, for themost part their service has stayed good.

I've been else where in that past to give plasma and the place was gross the people were gross, basically I'm gonna use the word sketch. It was sketchy! Life Sera was different I really liked it there. Everyone was nice and their own person. I've only been once, but I'll definitely go back.
