This place is the quickest plasma center in SLC. They have excellent staff and good pay out. Hours are 7am-7pm, 7 days a week. Other places have shorter hrs on weekends or aren't even open! Everyone here is very knowledgeable about their jobs, it's a great place to give back to your community. I highly recommend CSL Plasma as your donating source in SLC.

I love this place! They have decent pay and the nicest staff. The wait can be a bit long even if you go frequently. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend asking for either Daniel or Duncan to poke you if your like me and really really want to make sure they get it right the first time. I have had one bad poking but it was caught in time so I wasn't too bruised and the guy who did it was sorry and when I had him again made sure that I got someone else just in case it happened again. Not to mention the entertainment is pretty nice. If you want good pay and nice, happy, funny staff that know what they are doing and care about you, I would go here. Just go on Saturday when you can. A lot less people.

ZLB plasma changed its name to CSL plasma. This place is a lot quicker compare to biomat on 800 south. As a new donor, the first 5 donations payout are based on weight. I weigh around 165 so I got a total of $250. After 5 donations, the payout decreased to $15 _ $20. The customer service was pretty good. They have machine checkin which speeds up the screening process. The screening process takes less than $10 minutes for returning donors. The staff are well trained unlike biomat. I would love to continue donating at CSL plasma after the first 5 donations but the $35 a week payout is well below biomat $50. For new donors, the process takes about 4 hours. For returning donors, the process takes 1.5 hours.

They really do heard you through like cattle, the waiting room is PACKED, there aren't enough chairs, and the docs all running around with splatter shields. However they pay the best in SLC, at 210lbs $50 each donation for first 5 donations, then $20 the first time a week, $40 the second time a week. New patients expect to wait 1.5-3 hours. Returning patients .5-1 hour wait.

Although this is the only plasma center I have gone to I have really liked their center. I have been donating on and off for two years and I have always enjoyed the staff, although the waiting times can be a bit high. The staff have been very accommodating and I always look forward to donating time and time again.

If You Want To Be Treated Like A Human Being, Go Somewhere Else. These People Are Rude And Inconsiderate And Are More Worried About Pushing People Through Like Cattle Than Taking Care Of You! THE WORST PLACE TO DONATE IN SALT LAKE. Stay Away! Trust Me! Unless You Dont Mind Being Treated Like Dirt...

Whut up ya'll!! If you ever thought of donating plasma you should never consider going anywhere else in the valley except the ZLB in SSL...the friendliest, most encouraging, easy-going, up-to-date, caring and knowledgable staff will not only educate and serve you as a member of the \_life-saving family\_ but also welcome you in a manner that is superior, fast and immaculate. Although i have a lot more compliments to give about this particular location i will take this opportunity to thank some of the staff memmbers. Special thanx to: Annette, Alan, Duncan, Justin, Shalayne, Sherry, Marlene, Dave, Jen, etc... Keep Stickin Guys...

I've been here several times, usually a long wait, but not always. Recently, lab tech pulled my process early; since my blood hadn't cycled back, I was given 56 day _deferment._ Mangr looked at it, said I was fine, but moments later second guessed himself--they didn't take respons. for their actions. Take note: Make sure 1) No kink in line (1 guy wasted whole day because of it), 2) If someone comes to stop you early, stop them and have someone else double check that it's necessary. I'll be back,I guess, in a couple of months. Irritating.
