the facility is clean and spacious, HOWEVER the women staff are VERY unprofessional. they like to disclose false and private information to everyone in the waiting room. they leave your personal information in the screening room, they show favoritism and are highy rude. they dont pay attention when d/C a client after donating, one almost ripped the needle off my arm. im taking further action on this company.
