Outstanding in professionalism, quality and service! They are very busy and it does take time to get started, but once you're in, you're in! Be patient. They don't take walkins. You must schedule all first time appts. in person or over the phone. Those appts. take 3-4 hours to perform and these appts. are scheduled a month out. After 2 donations, you can schedule appts. via the internet. That eliminates not getting through on their busy phone lines.
