I had such high hopes for this place but was so disappointed. I had switched from CSL and found nothing but incompetent employees at Biolife. They lost my chart, deferred me for no reason (employee error) and were incredibly rude. No giant line but still not at all worth my time.

I was impressed with their operation and would recommend this place if you wanted to try it out for yourself.

I really think you need to open one up in St. Louis because I used to donate all of the time in Springfield but can't anymore here.
