sitting out side the center was people sitting that looked homeless. a girl shaking with a friend holding here and i am pretty sure there was a guy smoking pot around the corner. then when i walk in to the center it was so packed i could not find a seat so i stood there waiting. while standing there for about 30 mins looking at all the people that looked like they were on drugs, the guy next to me asks if i wanted to buy some meth. so needless to say i left without donating.

waited in line for 3 hours then told I couldnt donate because I donated plasma 7 years ago. employees were rude and disrespectful. seemed like they were in a hurry and didnt want to be there.

The only deficit of our plasma donation center is there are too many donors for the employees to handle in a timely manner. Waiting 2 hours in the waiting room is often the average. For a donor city the size of Springfield (the 3rd largest city in Missouri), they are understaffed. The majority of the employees are wonderful, caring people, though, and I'm glad they are there.
