They have a great staff, very friendly and always smiling when you approach them. It's my 5th donation already and I love the feeling.

i have been donating for three years at the Walker facility. I enjoy donating at the center. The employees are always curtious and so friendly.

I used to donate at this location for years but have since stopped because I started my family. Recently I returned to Biolife only to be turned away because I was never told that I needed to bring my marraige license in with me. So, I rescheduled which took another week. When I was allowed back, I was left to wait while they all talked about me while I was still sitting there because no one could remember if they had started a new folder for me. One hour later, I was told by the nurse that I had to have some papers signed by my doctor. Another week later, papers signed and in hand, they informed me that I had to go through the whole physical process again and they wouldn't schedule it over the phone. I have to come back there in person on the next Monday morning. Honestly, if you don't really really need the money, this place is not worth your time. The people there are bitter and angry and seem to hate being there and do everything that they can to discourage you from coming back. I honestly don't want them to stick a needle in my arm.

I have been trying to call for 2 days and it gives me a busy signal. How do I know if you can just do a walk in or appointment?
