They are so nice and friendly. It's my first time so I have many questions and answer it nicely. I'll be back here next week.

Biolife has recently had very high turnover in staff, with a complete remodel. I've been donating for 2 years, and in the past two months, newly trained staff have been unfriendly, and unprofessional. Donations have become painful at both intake processing and at donation beds. Longterm staff in customer service areas continue to be friendly, but are discouraged from being so by management.
