  I used to donate at BioLife until I moved. There was hardly ever a wait, the staff was always friendly, professional, and efficient. I just assumed my experience there was the norm...boy was I wrong. I have tried donating in Indianapolis and the wait times have been terrible, the staff made me feel like a cow being shuttled through a meat factory instead of a customer. I really miss BioLife and would recommend it to anyone.

  I think the staff has become better about the goofing around. However, I had a similar experience with the management. In my first donation I asked what the possible side effects were. She was very sarcastic telling me death was the worst thing that could happen, but it never has. She then, in a nasty tone, asked if I really wanted to do this. I find it unusual that a medical \_professional\_ was intolerant of someone wanting to know potential side effects. However, despite this I had a decent experience. I feel that a medical center should be held to a higher standard though.

  This place is awful. No one acts professionally, including management!! Every time I go in there one of the managers is always hanging over some cutesy co-ed. it's disgusting to see that level of inappropriate behavior out of one of the MANAGERS! The staff is often telling dirty jokes or talking about other things that they shouldn't. I wouldn't go if I didn't need the money.

  I have been to other plasma centers and this place is great. I think the staff is kind of fun and keep me coming back. I recommend! Help people, get money. It's a win win.

  Staff is rude and treats donors like they are all bums! Staff is very unproffesional, telling dirty jokes and are just sour faced especially \_Kandice\_. I was even injured due to staff member \_sticking\_ me as they were chatting with another employee about getting drunk at the bars the night before. Avoid this place at all costs the little bit of cash is not worth the abuse. BTW I have complained to management several times as have others but nothing ever changes,. This is one miserable donation center AVOID!

  Worse donation center. FYI not all blood donars are crack heads or street people! SOme of us do it to help others and dont care about the money so stop treating donars as if you are doing us a favor. I would not go here again staff very unproffesional goofing off waayy too much and just plain rude. If you don't like your job quit, others will take it!

  The staff looks miserable most of the time or spends a lot of time goofing off. The management seems to always be in offices or at least not actually looking at what is going on. Way too busy most of the time and when the staff is working, they can't keep up. I won't be back.

  I get extra cash when I need it; everyone has been polite toward me. I don't really mind the staff goofing around some...less stress = happier employees = a better experience for the donator. Doesn't hurt to have thick skin, either. ;)

  I feel there is a need for better management. Bathrooms are never clean and have the supplies. One male employee is absolutely the most immature...Dancing around, just goofy. This unprofessionalism needs to be corrected.

  your girl Paula needs a thing or two taught to her about the difference between politeness and flirting, I would not have been suprised if I had given here the time of day if she wouldnt have hopped in my car outside and done the deed. there is a BIG difference between being nice and friendly than being slutty.
