Terrible customer service. My first visit I spent 8 hrs in the facility. I was given a front of the pass for my next visit only to spend an hour watching eveyone else go first. I have pateince and I am polite I do not understand what the front of line pass purpose is. I explained this to the clerk and she advised me I was on hold while they called there other 7 centers to make sure I had not visited and she did not know when she could help me. I feel racially profiled whites are not welcome here. Front of the line pass your 2nd visit does not include whites. This was my first and last experience with donating plasma.

If you do not add my comment (4 the 2nd time) I will file with the BBB and Health Dept. Employees here goof off and do not stick you properly nor run the machines properly. Then when you try to get their attention they are too busy talking.

Some employees are always goofing off. Hard to get their attention due to constant talking. Management seem oblivious to what is going on. Saw a girl complaining to a manager and he seem to not care

my experience @ this facility has been pleasant. the staff is profesionial and well trained. it is my oppinion that these other comments came from donors that did not meet their high expectations for collecting quality plasma

i think the management only wants to deal with drug users. why would a place like these putting somthing like plasma into other people that dont do drugs,management is into drugs also , if you want crack or herion ,buy from there
