The wait is pretty long, but that can be expected. The staff out front are very nice and professional. That all changes when you lie down to donate. The staff actually taking blood are VERY unprofessional. Up to and including swearing, yelling and having conversations that would be better off left at home.

The staff are nice and things worked out well enough for me, but the wait is very long! Also, I think the body temp. spec. is too high (97?), some people like me just have a low temperature.
