I have never been treated with such disrespect. I started giving back in July August 2012. I have been honest of what medications I have been on, but an employee failed to put it in my records so when they realized the issue the blamed me for their mistake and banned me from giving. They treated me with so much disrespect; I guess I am not use to being treated like that after serving in the military for 12 years with four combat deployments. I would strongly recommend using a different facility.

The staff is well-rounded and seems very polite and capable. Unfortunately they are usually over-booked. This area just has too many people who want to donate, so it can be very competitive. Don't be surprised if you end up waiting, or have a hard time scheduling crucial steps in the process. Hey, if you don't like it go somewhere else. That's how the world works.

I just spent more then FIVE HOURS at this place for nothing!!!!! I waited in line from 6am til 8am when they opened and after telling them that I was on medication and what I was on they had me continue to wait. My app was at 9:30am and finally after waiting even long (11am!!!!!) I finally was called back into one of the rooms and there I was told that I was not going to be able to donate because of my medication!!!!! How can they make people wait for 5 or more hours then tell them they are not going to be able to donate!!! Of course I would never want anyone hurt or sick because of my medication being in the plasma but what is so hard about letting me know I would not be able to donate while they are looking over my paper work, instead they made me wait, knowing that I would not be eligible to dontate!!!!! I will be doing my research online to see what I can do about this and have them reprimanded for this!!! This was unacceptable!!!

Slow, Inefficient, the general staff is nice but the management and the doctors are quite rude and in a couple cases insulting. Plan to wait there all day among the people fueling their drug habits.

They do a really good job. The only thing i would change is the way they do there new donors they need to put a different kind of program in place so people would not have to sit there all day and people that have appointments would not have to wait so long. Other then that the staff is friendly and helpful
