Though I have not been there, I called and got this information. Talecris recently bought the facility from IBR and has been closed since, renovating. They expect to reopen in February of 2009, and until then any donors, existing or new, are encouraged to drive to the pueblo branch (they'll compensate for travel if you're from the colorado springs area).
