I stopped giving blood three years ago due to this location. I just tried them again, and now I remember why I stopped. Not rude, but not pleasant either. Treat donors nicely, we are giving you blood which you sell. Stop whispering about the people in the chairs. Be friendly. Smile. Laugh.
