  the way the supervisors and management team speak to their employees is umbelievably ridiculous!! How do they expect their employees to stay focused and try to get things done right if they are always yelling and putting them down! Service is great there, they are fast in getting the donors processed don't get me wrong but geez do they ever wonder why the employees never last there?? Maybe because they get degraded if they make one mistake. Just wish they would be more professional and stop putting them down in front of EVERYBODY!

  Check this out: I went to donate plasma today, handed them my ID and social AND THEY LOST IT! Then spent the next hour looking for it and accusing me of having it the whole time, which I ofcourse did not. They never found it, and instead thought it would be ok to just give me a prepaid card with 20 bucks on it.............20 bucks doesn't cover possible identity theft and the fact that I have to go to the Drivers license office to pay for and get a new one, and then wait a month for the social security people to send me another one....I would say just don't go here, find another way to help humanity and make money while doing it.

  The times I've been there the environment is very hostile,unprofessional. Supervisors think that by yelling at their employees it makes them efficient. How about just being cool and show mutual respect, and work as a team.

  The staff here are very professional and laid back. Had just one bad experience when a lady missed my vein cause it was so thin but it was quickly fixed. Get Jan or James! You don't fel a thing when they do it!

  I love giving blood at here it is a great atmosphere the people are real nice and they got quite a few beautiful women there that make your time there wonderful. All and all its a great place and that reception on the way out the door Yesenia is an amazing woman.

  This place isn't in San Marcos at all! None of the information matches: 1) It's in Austin, not San Marcos 2) The map for some reason is showing Johnson City

  i strongly disagree with what that donor said about tana. she is great and always gets the donors to the donor floor fast. so i think that the donor who wrote that comment is a hater!!!!! she just does her job an d does it well...
