They where all nice at first but they all talk about all the donors there also including there own co-workers. I wouldn't be a donor at this place if I was starving and living in the street I had a really bad experance with someone that works there been very inappropriate!!!

This is the only blood bank i have been too. I was treated kindly , and with respect. However, I was told the money would automatically be put on my card, and it was not. I am deeply hoping it is some sort of clerical error and not a scam. I have tried calling and have gotten no answer. quite concerned.

My first visit the nurse told me to answer all questions the same way. I informed that I had a stroke from high Blood pressure but blood pressure was under control by medication , so my first donation went smoothly. Well, on my second visit I answered yes that I had a stroke due to high blood pressure but it was under control by medication . Well they barred me and said I could not donate because I didn't report it on my first visit but in fact they had a list of my medication that I was taking and why. So I think this place is not very professional and all the staff is not on the same page. I would not recommend this facility !

This was my first time donating plasma, and I would do it again after visiting this center. The staff were ALL unbelievably nice and professional. They made me feel so comfortable although I was very nervous. I arrived at 11:15am and left at 2:50pm, which I was surprised at seeing at though it was my first time, and I expected it to take longer due to the thorough physical exam and medical history. I didn't mind waiting once I saw how the entire staff were equally pulling their weight and working as a team and staying busy. There are a lot of steps to this process and they were nothing less than professional. I will most certainly visit this center again... and again.

They are really good there. I use to be afraid of needles because of my old doctors would prick me three to five times but they at the center did it right the first time. That was my first time going there, it definitiely won't be my last.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place. My husband and I have been going for over a year. In the beginning it was ok but lately it takes about 3 hours each time we go. It seems like they take their time up front pulling the charts. Everybody has stuff to do I understand and can be patience but if they would get the charts pulled get everything done you would be able to get done. Everybody is pretty nice there but need to quit being so lazy and get the job done.

st of all if any one is planning on going to this center and has multiple piercings or tattoos make sure you know the month and year you got all of them especially if you have gone to another center before. 2nd they made us wait for over an hour just to tell us that he couldn't donate because he couldn't remember what he had told the other people...seriously who remembers dates of those things!

For any diabetic considering going here. If you call and ask if diabetes is a problem, they will tell you no. What they mean to say is that diabetes controlled by pills is not a problem. FYI

I did want to say that they are also paying more now than what the other guy said before. I love that center. They are loaded with beautiful intelligent staff...GO SEE THEM!!!

The staff are amazing! I really love the medical staff-Lee Ann _ Debbie, they work so hard at doing their job _ making sure everyone is treated with respect. The staff there know how to do their job. They are great _ their facility is always clean. I would never go anywhere else to donate because the other centers in this town are nasty _ dont care who let they donate.

First two visits pay $35, then it depends how much you weigh. For example, at 160lbs they pay $25 for the first visit each week and $30 for the second. Appointments are served first, but walk-ins are welcome. hours: 7-5MWF, 8-6Tue_Thu, 8-1Sa I've never been there, so I can't comment on the facility or care.
