I was really scared and I did not know what to expect. When I walked in I was greeted by Dwayne (Super nice nurse) and was told what would happen. After filing out a form I was given some papers to read and a short open book quiz. I passed 100%. Then my picture was taken and finger scanned. After a few minutes I went to a computer station to basically answer some health questions. Nothing too impersonal I mean plasma is in blood so they need to know everything. I then went into the back so a nurse could check my iron and protein levels. After a short exam that consisted of listening to my heart and lung and even a knee tap, I was asked if I was ready to donate. I was so I was led to a comfortable chair. Now I must honestly say the Lead Plasma tech.. Two words. Eye Candy. I would go back just to see him. But I am going to go back to make a little extra money and help people. My experience was great! People make mistakes and at my first visit everything went very smooth. I will just remember to bring a book or as one guy had an I-pod to keep myself occupied while I donate! Thanks Frederkc Biologicals.

Trainee couldn't get the needle in after two tries. Got blood all over my arm and shirt. Will not be going back.

Great staff at this plasma center, they are the main reason I continue to donate there.
