I love going to donate here. It was the very first place I chose to ever donate. Going in I was a bit nervous, but the friendly staff helped calm my nerves almost instantly. They walked me through each procedure, at my pace, and answered all of my questions. I also love the way they greet me on a first name basis and always with a smile.

I tried to donate platelets there - first time they couldn't find the vein. You can see and feel it, it's not hard to miss. Second time, they pumped the blood (return flow) back into my arm, NOT my vein. Talk about pain! To be fair, they have said that the previous nurses were \_new\_, and that their nurses now are more experienced. I just can't trust them anymore, so I don't donate at this center.
