IBR is way better then the other plasma center thats on weinbach the one on weinbach has blood all over there floors very loud_so many dislikes to the one that said they dont where gloves or clean gloves yes they do,there all very nice as well.out of 10 i rate ibr a 9=]

EERYONE that works at IBR are people wha have been fired from NABI/ZLB/CSL. This company hired a bunch of FAIL wanna be BIO MEDICAL TECHNICIANS. After my experience there, I am I have contacted the health department and Indianapolis board of health. 2 attorney's want this my case. For the use of using over and over, dirty gloves, from patient to patient, touching stick sites withgloves used to stick someone else. I'm going todo everything I can and I will go that extra mile to insure IBR is found accountable for their actions and i wont be satisfied until they are closed down for good, all across the coutry. Save your self the hassle, have a yard sale or sell something on ebay before you go to this place or one of the others and contract HIV

I've never been to IBR but once and didn't ever get to donate when I walked in the door everyone stared like I wasn't suppose to be there. Staff were-sarcasticly nice! OH YEA and my gps can't even map out your correct location it needs to stand out my and be surrounded by less getto!I felt like I was going to a crazy house!

Staff is very nice up front. Staff putting in IV line are not trained very well. It's okay from time to time to miss veins but to continue to move the needle around when they don't feel anything is absurd. After leaving this clinic the last time I was not able to go back for 2 weeks because of the bruising done to my arms. Not that I would I ever go back but who is suppose to make up for that lost income??
