Only took 4 hours my first donation, Very Clean, The staff are half and half when it comes to be friendly, but given some of the people that come in there, I can understand the attitude after awhile. Each subsequent donation has only taken me about an hour.

/28 was my 1st visit and this centre is very clean and very friendly. I was surprised the locations in Norfolk r run down and dirty. I would recommend this facility because it is a life saving measure for many people and if it took 10 hours it would be worth it. The 1st visit always takes the longest. It only took me 4 hours. The team there is very efficient and friendly... Please go and donate/ Remember you may be saving a life...
