I have donated blood and platelets here a dozen times. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, even if on a rare time, my hemoglobin wasn't high enough to donate. The lady at the desk (usually Virginia), the medical history takers, and the phlebotomists have ALWAYS been very friendly and ALWAYS thank you heartily for coming down to donate.
