I visited the location on 3620 N. Post Rd on 08/05/2014 this was my first visit. I stopped by on 08/04/2014 to inquire about services. the receptionist at the time only told me that coming back in the morning would be better because of how busy they were, which was fine. She did not tell me that I needed a social security card or to eat a full meal prior to coming. So needless to say I had to return home to get the proper documents; and to eat. So I return at 8:15am and began the waiting process, even though I had been their at 7:30am. no customer service was provided, waiting for 5hours with no explanation what the next steps in process where. At this point I had only filled out the initial paperwork of 2 small forms, and then nothing for hours. I patiently waited as did 5 or 6 other first time clients. We all began to ask questions and received no real answers; however continuing to wait a being patient. later to find out that they were short staff and that the process can take 4 hours. If the process takes 4hours why was I sitting doing absolutely nothing for 5 Hours. This is so unprofessional and not to mention a clear disregard of the clients time. I feel very disappointed and robed of my valuable time. I had to leave without completing the process because of another appointment at 1:00pm. As I was speaking to the nurse on duty the receptionist finally calls may name so I asked how much longer would it be if I stayed and she said another 2 hours. So I left. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
