WE that donate Blood or plasma have to ralize that everyones body is different. There is going to be brusing sometimes and it is going to be hard to find the vein to stick. Amd it is also going to hurt at times. So before you are going to say that there staff maybe is incompentent. Please think about this. Maybe it is your body and additude.

A very slow experience. Used to donate at the place on Wabash when it was open I never had to wait so long there. My first visit was over 4 hours. After that, it usually took AT LEAST 2 hours closer to 3. The TVs were nice in the back. The staff is also very friendly. Another negative note... During a return, the tech had set it way too fast for my wife and cause her vein to blow out leaving a HUGE bruise that took up her arm. I also had problems with them sticking me correctly (missing the vein or going through). As I said before nice staff and nice back room but maybe not the most competent staff.

Did not go there; just called March 24, 2009 to compare prices. They pay less than IBR Plasma Center at 115 Walnut St in Terre Haute. This may just be a current difference--I think IBR may have just opened and may be trying to build a base of donors. Call both before you decide.
