I had an appointment to donate and showed up 5 minutes prior to find all the beds empty and only one other donor before me. Sadly, that's how it stayed for the 45 minutes I waited. None of the staff seemed to be bothered by the fact that two donors were getting bored and kinda miffed that we were left to rot on the vine. Giving blood is great, the staff at this place, not so much.
