Great place. I was a bit nervous, but the workers were nice enough to make me want to return.

They have changed their payments since somebody updated this. Its now $50 for the 1st and $50 for the 2nd visit. Then you get $25 for the 1st time you come each week after that and $35 for the 2nd visit in the week.

Unfortunately I live out of range and cannot donate, but I just wanted to say that I called with questions about donating and necessary requirements and the woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly! She was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Interesting. I have never been to this plasma center, but I've been to another IBR in Texas on an ongoing basis and had the same experience - employees who had bad attitudes and were extremely rude to the customers who come there to donate. It seems like they have job burnout. I told the person at the desk I didn't appreciate her snotty attitude and that without donors, they wouldn't be in business nor would there be a need for her to have a job there. Needless to say, I never went back again. Look up their corporate office phone number on the web and file a complaint. I did, and they were very appreciative of it over the phone.

I spoke on the phone with IBR this morning and the woman was very polite and answered all my questions promptly and concisely. Pay scheme is - New donor 1st visit is $30, second visit is $40, after that you're considered a returning donor. if you havnt donated in a while you only make $20 on the 1st visit, and after the initial returning visit you make $35 (same for 3rd and on visits for new donors). i havnt yet been to the location, i will report later if i am not pleased with the service

I called to inquire about donating plasma and the lady that answered the phone was very rude....she rushed me through the call and when I was in the middle of a question she hung up on me!!! How rude and unprofessional!!! I will find another place to donate.

I was not able to donate because I lived a few miles out of range. But, the receptionist was very unporfessional and unwilling to help when I called with questions. She was also not very informed on the things she should be qualified to answer when customers call.
