I live in another state, but donated in Owensboro for the first time in many years this July. I was VERY impressed, The facility was modern, spacious and immaculate (squeaky clean!), the staff were very thoughtful, friendly and professional (made me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated!!!) and the system for being interviewed and donating was smooth and no-hassle!
