9 New Jersey Blood Service Locations

A division of the New York Blood Center (NYBC), the New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS) is a not-for-profit organization that helps supply blood products and services to approximately 60 hospitals in 13 New Jersey counties. Since 1973, New Jersey Blood Services has been fulfilling its commitment to the people of New Jersey with quality and compassion. NJBS conducts blood drives on a daily basis and needs approximately 120,000 blood donors annually in order to collect enough blood for the patients in its serviced hospitals. The Blood Center depends on the generosity of blood donors from diverse backgrounds to ensure a steady supply of blood. Partnering with business and community organizations who host blood drives for their employees, residents, students and members, NJBS's goal is to collect enough blood each year to meet the needs of area patients so that imports of blood from other states become a thing of the past. With the generosity and support of its donors, the NJBS staff is able to work in close cooperation with hospitals throughout much of New Jersey 24 hours a day.
